Anil S. Thakkar, known as Kalptaru, is a Sanyasi who has devoted his life to simplicity, spirituality, and guiding others. He received his Diksha (spiritual initiation) from Paramhans Swami Satyanand Saraswati, who named him Kalptaru, symbolizing a wish-fulfilling tree.
Kalptaru spends much of his time traveling from village to village, living on Madhukari (Bhiksha), and offering spiritual guidance. During the monsoon season, he resides in one place, connecting deeply with those seeking his counsel. His life revolves around meeting people, addressing their challenges, and inspiring them toward spiritual and practical harmony Parivrajakacharya (परिव्राजकाचार्य (परिव्राजक + आचार्य)). While travelling one is guiding or teaching others is known as “Aacharya” आचार्य and travelling means “Paribraman”.
परिभ्रमण Now one who is doing paribraman is known as “Parivajak”. परिव्राजक Parivajak when reveals secrete of living in both aspect is called “Parivrajakacharya”.
